After qualifying as a public accountant, Dominique Ledouble served first as technical adviser, then as Secretary General of the Ordre des Experts Comptables (French Institute of Public Accountants 1975/1982). He was recruited by KPMG Fiduciaire de France in 1982 as Director of Professional Development. He joined the French firm of Salustro Reydel in 1986 where he spent 7 years. In 1993, he set up his own firm specialised in valuation, fairness opinions and litigation support.During his career, Dominique Ledouble has been in charge of numerous assignments: * statutory audits and investigations, * business appraisals and fairness opinions * consulting in accounting systems * arbitration and mediation. His experience covers various types of service industries, mainly utilities, communication, construction companies and finance. He has led various assignments in the financial sector and took part as commissaire à la fusion in many industrial mergers or reorganisations. Social activities Dominique Ledouble is Past-Chairman of the Ordre des Experts Comptables (1998-2001). He makes regular contributions to accounting and legal journals and is associate professor at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers. He has been member of the Advisory Council of the Direction Générale des Impôts (French Revenue) between 2005 and 2008. He is the audit committee chairman of the International Baccalaureate Organisation. |
